Mushroom Logs

These Shiitake mushrooms flowered in the fall of 2023. Our client wanted to practice some forest farming in his wooded backyard. We also planted a small bed of Ginseng and Goldenseal.

Privacy Trees & Pine Straw

These clients wanted to increase privacy in their backyard. Planting trees are a great way to achieve this!

Hardscape & Fountain

This is a little hardscape project we had. Although, this wasn't a permaculture related project, sometimes a fountain is worth building purely because of the enjoyment you acquire from it.

Hardscape Patio

This is another patio we put in for one of our clients. We are truly proud of this work.

Irrigation

We installed drip tubing for these raised beds and helped find a pipe leak for these clients.

Bees!

Here are two beehives we installed in the middle of an open field full of wildflowers surrounding it. We mowed a pathway to these beehives for maintenance. We are expecting to harvest honey from them in 2024.

Raised Beds

These are some garden beds we installed for a client who had some scrap wood laying around. we left the 4x4s sticking out of the ground in case the beds needed some protection (we can install chicken wire) or to raise the beds higher in the future.

Primitive Raised Beds

This client wanted to utilize all the resources he had in his property. We used recently felled trees for the edges of these beds. The logs will help retain moisture, release nutrients as it decomposes, and provide great habitat for microorganisms (which helps feed his crops!)
