We are a Worker's Owned Cooperative
-
Equitable Distribution of Profits: Profits are distributed among worker-owners, promoting a more equitable distribution of wealth and reducing income inequality within the organization.
-
Democratic Governance: Decision-making power is distributed among the worker-owners, who participate in the democratic process to make key business decisions
-
Social Responsibility: Cooperatives often prioritize social and environmental responsibility, aligning business practices with the values of the worker-owners and the broader community.

Meet the Team
I am passionate about sustainable living and creating self-sufficient lifestyles. I learned about permaculture while volunteering with WWOOF and working at organic farms around the world. To enhance my understanding of permaculture and sustainable living, I obtained a certificate in permaculture design and spent some time learning about self-sustainable buildings called Earthships in New Mexico.
Something else about me is that I have a strong passion for cooperatives and believe in the power of democratic workplaces to create positive change in our communities and address some of the flaws of our market system, which is why I studied political economy at UC Berkeley. My time there was followed by my desire to create a sustainable homestead of my own and help others achieve similar goals.

Growing up surrounded by towering trees and fertile soil, I developed a deep appreciation for the intricacies and mysteries of the natural world. I realized early on that nothing we do can compete with the diverse, vibrant, fulfilling, nurturing, and often harsh reality of nature.
That's why I've dedicated myself to studying and practicing regenerative gardening and permaculture. For me, it's not just about creating sustainable landscapes and productive ecosystems – it's about honoring the wisdom and power of nature and working with it to create something truly beautiful and life-giving.
With Regenerative Gardens, I'm excited to bring this passion and expertise to our community. By working together and using regenerative principles, we can create spaces that not only benefit us and our families, but also support local ecologies, promote biodiversity, and help heal the wounds caused by irresponsible landscape practices.
When I'm not working on regenerative projects, you can usually find me hiking, camping, or simply enjoying the outdoors with my loved ones. I truly believe that nature is the source of all life and all beauty, and I'm grateful every day for the opportunity to work with it and learn from it.
